EightyFen is a new 14-storey landmark building for the City of London comprising nearly 240,000 sq ft of Grade-A office accommodation and 12,500 sq ft of retail space, designed by multi-award winning architects, TP Bennett.

Replacing buildings at 78-86 Fenchurch Street, 1 and 1A Carlisle Avenue and 1-7 Northumberland Alley, the project provides floorplate sizes ranging from 5,000 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft, appealing to differing requirements of tenants. The innovative design of the building also allows for six landscaped roof terraces on varying floors, offering views across London.

Shadbolt were heavily involved with the project manufacturing and supplying bespoke FSC® certified factory spray paint lacquered RAL 9016 “Traffic White” and crown cut European oak veneered FD30 and FD60 fire resistant doors and matching hardwood framesets. In addition, crown cut European oak veneered flush rebated washroom cubicle doors and straight grain slip matched European oak veneered solid laminated timber core 150mm x 50mm fins for feature ceilings and walls were also supplied.
