February 2023 proved to be a busy month for the Shadbolt factory. Take a look at the variety of jobs we’ve working on over the past 28 days:
Bournville Care Village, 49 Bristol Road, Birmingham.
Manufacture and supply of bespoke FSC® certified straight grain European oak veneered FD30 and FD60 fire resistant glazed doors with factory primed hardwood framesets; Formica “Pomme” and “Polar White” laminated doors and factory primed hardwood framesets were also supplied.
Julius Baer Group, 1 Bleeding Heart Yard, EC1.
Manufacture and supply of bespoke FSC® certified crown cut European oak veneered 41dB high performance sound attenuating solid laminated timber Shadmaster doors with matching European oak hardwood framesets with feature slats either side; all door assemblies were stain finished with a water-based lacquer to a 10% matt sheen to match the architect’s approved pattern.

Manufacture and supply of bespoke FSC® RAL 7021 “Black Grey” factory spray paint lacquered FD30 and FD60 fire resisting glazed doors and matching hardwood framesets.

Manufacture and supply of bespoke FSC® certified factory primed FD30 fire resisting glazed doors and hardwood framesets.
The Hub, 123-155 Buckingham Palace Road, SW1.
Manufacture and supply of bespoke FSC® certified crown cut larch veneered FD30 and FD60 fire resistant and 35dB acoustic performance doors and Canadian maple hardwood framesets; doors and framesets were finished with a whitewash lacquer to match the architects’ approved pattern. Formica “Blanc Polaire” laminated doors with matching factory spray paint lacquered hardwood framesets were also supplied.

Manufacture and supply of bespoke FSC® certified Formica “Graphite” dark grey laminated FD30 fire resistant glazed doors with prefinished exposed European oak hardwood lippings; 32dB, 33dB and 34dB sound attenuating door assemblies were also supplied.
EQT Partners, 30 Broadwick Street, W1.
Manufacture and supply of bespoke FSC® certified straight grain mismatched European oak veneered doors with matching oak hardwood frames and mismatched European oak veneered architraves, all of which were finished in either a light or dark palette water-based stain finish to a 10% matt sheen. FD30, FD60 and high-performance sound attenuating veneered glazed doors and framesets were also supplied throughout the project.
